Understanding your Imprints

Why do we respond the way we do and how can we shift what doesn’t work for us? Facilitated by Lael Stone and hosted by Gorgi Coghlan

Based on Lael’s upcoming book, this workshop takes you on a journey into your core imprints and how they serve or sabotage you. Every one of us is Imprinted with belief systems and stories that we believe to be true and often guide how we interact with life and each other. In order to change our future, we need to understand our past.  This one-day workshop will help you uncover your core imprints and belief systems and move towards your purpose and power.

During this one-day workshop we’ll explore:

• Our core Imprints and belief systems
• Ways to work with our inner saboteur
• Navigating relationships and attachment
• Moving towards purpose and power
• Exploring levels of consciousness
