Bermingham Farm is a special place where you can take time to nourish yourself.  This is never more important than when you experience loss and grief through miscarriage.  In this one-day workshop we will explore what healing from miscarriage means for you and support you moving towards recovery, finding hope and resilience in your life.  Facilitated by Psychologist Tilly Ambler and hosted by Gorgi Coghlan.

Losing a pregnancy is unbearable. We feel that our body has abandoned us at a time when we needed it the most.  We can feel pain and responsibility from letting down partners, parents and ourselves.  It can feel all-consuming and a heavy burden that we cannot shake.  There is however a way to find ourselves again amidst this pain.  A way that supports us, nourishes, and encourages us compassionately to step towards our own meaningful life.

WHAT WE’LL BE DOING

In this workshop we will create a safe space to:

  •  Explore and respond with compassion to your experience
  •  Experience difficult emotions
  •  Define values and goals enabling you to feel empowered
  •  Engage with difficult thoughts and feelings and to direct these towards meaningful action
