WHAT WE’LL BE DOING

We will focus on the mind, mood and emotional aspects of aromatherapy, the positive effects of nurture on your emotions and your heart. This beautiful sensory experience invites a space of gentle realignment where you can turn inward to listen to your heart’s desire and create new pathways for living well.

When stress levels are elevated, internal alterations occur as emotions exert their effects on the physical body and on our ability to respond well in the moment. There can be a challenge in trusting the heart if we don’t develop emotional competence and resilience. Emotional regulation helps us to breathe, relax, listen, feel, tune-in, soften, open, widen, receive, and connect.

We will be gathering in the gorgeous rustic stables of the farm and begin with an aromatic meditation from The Blossoming Heart. Throughout the day you will be led through a series of simple practices and reflective journalling designed to support the nervous system and create internal calm. You will also create a nourishing blend of essential oils to take home with you, to assist you in moving forward in life with calm and ease.

Blossoming at Bermingham is for women who desire to…

  • Live a quieter, calmer life
  • Soothe anxious moments when they arise

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

Robbi Zeck

I am the author of The Blossoming Heart and known for the mood enhancing benefits of essential oils for emotional regulation. I believe as your emotional resilience and self-confidence grows, you can live more fully making an impact with the people, passions and purposes that matter most to you.

I have taught hundreds of workshops and retreats worldwide and am passionate about inspiring people from all walks of life, to live and learn through the heart and to embrace the life they truly desire. I adore heart-centred living and bring my skills and knowledge to help others to flourish and shine.

Based in Ballarat Australia, with a career spanning more than 40 years as a Kinesiologist, Counsellor, Naturopath and NLP Practitioner, I have realised that having a blossoming heart is the key to fulfilment and happiness. My blossoming heart found me when I began to trust myself and love more deeply, through moving in the direction of my joy. Now I guide and inspire others to trust their hearts through my mentoring, beautiful Blossoming Heart Retreats and Aromatic Kinesiology workshops.

I have a unique teaching style that explores how to use essential oils to facilitate change, gently let go of hurts and emotional upsets, change patterns of belief that are no longer useful and develop confidence, contentment, and conviction, by staying true to who you are.
